Best advise ever. Thanks guys. A refresher is always good. Sometimes we lose perspective and want to say yes to a lot of rubbish business opportunities that is really just distractions

Aim at women who are obese to create a niche. Gyms just market out to everyone and it can put very overweight people off.

Saying no to other things that are distractions is the hardest thing to do ever because we all as entrepreneurs want to get ahead of the game one way or another to beat the competition and the best way to do it is to stay focused on the grind and find ways to get ahead.

When in a partnership and you see the business going in two different directions you need to start talking about whether you both should start parting ways. Left or right

Amazing content guys! What is your advice on keeping the focus on what you do? I'm working on empire-like company (qualitatively empirish from the start) with my team and it's kind of overwhelming amount of work and focus areas, but it has to be done this way. How can I as leader of such company keep focus on things? Thank you.
@onlyagreeingsometimes2 жыл бұрын
I might not be the best person to answer this for you on here... but since no one has answered. I'll say focus on your strengths and develop skills to deal with your weaknesses. Create fair self development opportunities and be aware that everyone appreciates a reply. I.e. customer service chatbots or in person

Bedros Keuilian Thanks for the reply. Starting up a natural organic anti-aging skincare line for strong men and women too. Lots of competition but I see a few untouched niches and lots of copycats who we can overcome. Our hook is pure, fresh fruit/plants and branding for real people.

Awesome dude! You're right, it's a competitive space but there are plenty of untouched niches. How are you marketing right now? Facebook, email, etc.?
@MonkeyFencing6 жыл бұрын
Bedros Keuilian it definitely will include Facebook and retargeting pixels as main online blitz to start. Working on formula registration and intellectual protection first so we can hit the ground strong. Targeting product launch in November.
