I loooove that you let them play/ride bikes in the rain! I remember one time when I was young, I was out playing man hunt with my friends and it started raining. We all kept playing. I went home and my mom was so mad that I was all wet and said I should have come home when it started raining. I never understood why she was so mad because clothes will dry and can be washed!

Oh my gosh Bonnie & Joel, Lincoln seems like a 4 year old. He really is advanced for being 2.5. When I used to live beside unsavoury and ornary neighbors in BC, Canada. We saw the commercial for State Farm on our U.S. stations. And my ex-husband would say, a jingle..."Like a good neighbor STAY over there!". Ha! Ha! Ha!..Joel's little joke made me think of that.
