Robin up there dancing he's so darn cute...love the Bee Gees music...I've been captivated by the brothers Gibb since the early 70's...they stole my heart when How can you mend a broken heart came out...there is no other group that has mesmerized me the way they have...I absolutely loved Night Fever and all there songs in the sound track and the ones after...too many to name...the back lash the Bee Gees recieved after Saturday Night Fever movie came out because their music was associated with the movie they did not deserve...people were dancing long before the Disco era in the 50s people were dancing doing the jitter bug...besides Bee Gees music was RnB related...the media made it seem like the brothers created all that chaos the publics people loved the Bee Gees all over the world...I absolutely love the brothers Gibb and still today in 2023 I'm listening to their music...they will always be in my heart and the music will play on...❤

These were our wonderful locals who lived near us not once but twice, loved long time, normal humble guys funny as, and just really sweet around our streets in Manchester were just fab. N wat we liked about them was also their true nature and kindness n making us laugh our socks off. Very funny. Our twins our mo n our rob fantastic n boy we miss them n get to love the signed photos we got at the time and treasure them always n them too. God bless best neighbours ever to live in this world talented beyond n only made one of these groups just one. N God so sadly missed 😢😢 awful to now know won't run up n mess about here again. The beach ball is just something that caught on from outdoor sporting events, baseball first I believe. A baseball game involves a lot of time where nothing is happening so it was just a way to stay awake. Upon occasion someone would bring an inflatable love doll which usually got them escorted from the premises. That's how it started in the US but it may have started elsewhere and just made its way here.

I never seen his hair as long as that in the concert and even when he had long hair some wear hair pieces some was his . Have a look at some clips and you might see the back of his head . If you look at him in 1997 where he was bald in what areas he was like that a long long time . Maurice wore hats and Robin wore wigs 😅 In 1989 you could clearly see his blonde toupee on top and his own brown little strand of hair sticking out. he was gorgeous with or without them.

Thanks for the video! I think this is from 1993 not 1991, I can tell because of Barry's style of clothing and the bassist is Matt Bonelli. The bassist that worked with them during 1991 was George "Chocolate" Perry (I may be wrong though!). Keep the vids coming! :)

I agree; Barry seemed to get rather warm during the concerts. Probably because of the intense vocals, the nerves that come along with performing, and maybe even the general heat in the area they were at.

The heart was a defect issue howéver the Dr's have managed it so as not to be life threatening. Andy had the same issue, but unfortunately he ended up with a virus that causes the myochardidas and because he had abused cocaine so much it had weakened his heart greatly and that is what took his life. Andy when he performed in the 80's and also when he tried to play tennis with Barry would sweat profusely and according to Barry, Andy knew that he shouldn't have been doing strenuous things but he never told any family about it. When the Bee Gees did their "One Night Only" events in the later 1990's Mo had been watching over Barry because he knew of his conditions and brought a towel out at one point to wipe Barry's face. After that Barry would always have a small table with a towel and a tall glass of drink ( I assume water) that he would use throughout their performances after that.

@@psychedelic.dreamer I believe this was at the Y-100 20th anniversary in Miami on August 27, 1993. Bassist Matt Bonelli joined them in 1993 so this couldn't be 1991. Robin's hair is still very long here... but after September when they released the "Size Isn't Everything" he cut it a bit shorter. And I believe this was Trevor Murrell's last gig with them on drums before being replaced by Steve Rucker later that year.
