The old saying is “Behind every great man is a great woman.” … Wives, but also mothers. Barry had both, but obviously meant that Linda was SO great that he believed he could be the greatest. She let him know she wouldn’t put up with typical rock star cheating, and he recently credited her with keeping him away from drugs… had zero tolerance. She also let him know that at home he was a man, not a pop star God… kept him grounder. He knew she loved and believed in him, so he believed in himself and tried to live up to her faith and trust. She helped give him the stable home and family for himself and their children that he craved, but didn’t have growing up. She was definitely a huge key to his personal and professional success.

Yes, he felt that he was the greatest because she made him the greatest (luckiest) man in the world. There's another clip of Barry and Maurice singing this song at a party. It's pretty cool, as it was not scripted. I doubt they knew they were being filmed. Linda was indeed the luckiest woman in the world.

I've seen that. Barry and Mo are singing with Mo playing his guitar. Mo narrates a little. He would look up, smile, and point out where the strings were going etc. I love it.

Hi, Chad: BIG Bee Gees fan here. I had this album on the ATCO label and Maurice's bass was ground shaking in this song. My brother loved this song for the same reason given in the song. I would love it if you would react to Portrait Of Louise from the 2 Years On album. OK, so you got me. Either you pasted letters inside your headphones and you are spoofing us or the company that made your phones went against convention. I have never seen headphones where the single cord does not come out of the left side. So, if you're not tricking us then please accept my apology. Chalk it up to my OCD. 😀

Looks like Chad's headphones are the type where the cord plugs into the earphone. If they're like mine, the cord can plug into either the left or the right side. You can also plug another pair of headphones into the other side, even daisy chain a bunch together if they're all the same type. (And why do they call it a "pair" of headphones when there's just one? Kinda like a "pair" of pants.)

Hi, Chad. I enjoy your reactions, as usual. But there is a Bruce Springstien which you may not have heard called " Wish I Were Blind."A beautiful song, that should have been on top if the charts. Its one of his best, very special, powerful .and emotional. Even more, on the live performance , you can hear the background harmony, by none other than Bobby Hatfield. Its on one of Bruce's albums that wasn't a very big success. But that song was one of his very best. And what great singer as Bobby Hatfield would stay in the background and not claim credit? Bruce outdid himself with this song. Give it a listen, even if you have heard it. Thanks. P.S. The name of the album is "Human Touch" on You Tube. Keep it going! It reminds me of Bobby's "Stay With Me". SO emotional.
