I'm sharing swatches of the new Bee's Knees Lacquer Lore Olympus collection plus the mysteries (at the end) and the Monthly Monster Mystery. These polishes will be available for preorder at 7pm edt on 3/25 and close 3/28 at 11:59pm edt.
This month, BKL is excited to show you their new Lore Olympus collection. They tried to include some of everything: shimmers, magentics, flakes, UP and light reflective glitter. This is a larger collection, and they will be having a 25% off sitewide (except for UP polishes). Since UP is excluded from the sale, there will be a MOST of the collection option which will not have the UP polishes in it. BKL will also have some Lore Olympus mysteries, a new monthly monster mystery (Imugi), new scents, and of course, respawns.

I think you might be able to try it with a ring magnet. You could hold it around the edges of the nail and see what happens!

Man, I really wished you could have switched this months collection. They were multichrome so I was going to buy them all anyways, but off all the videos I watched before buying from the Lore Olympus collection, yours is the ONLY one I referred back to when considering buying backups or rounding out my collection. Just Placed my pre-order :) I wanted to say thank you for the review and information about the collection. I deal with A lot of Post- Trauma. And nail polish has always been a way that helps bring me back to the present if I’m ever have a flash back. I bought 2 of all the monster polishes . Had to. And two of “You’re not that weird”. For that you need two top coats for sure like Glisten and Glow Glitter Grabber plus a regular top coat.

I'm curious how long you hold the magnet to the polish? I tried this technique, and it didn't give me this same effect! do you sort of just wave it around or do you hold it still? lol I would love a detailed video on this😅💘

So fun story… this method works well in the short term for swatching but when I actually wore the mani for a day or two the magnetic effect entirely disappeared. I was so sad. Sooo it works for swatching but not real life sadly. I also recently learned the magnetic effect almost never lasts very long unless you use gel or hold the magnet in place until the polish is completely hardened. Which could be like 10 minutes per nail. If you check out @caitlinvnails on IG, she has a cool method using a nail mat that might work better. I haven’t tried it yet but plan to.

You make me want practically all of them, even ones I wasn’t so interested in from the descriptions & other swatches. (One I’m ordering that I hadn’t even considered is You’re Not That Weird. I thank you. My wallet does **not**!) I super liked the way the Mystery Monster Imugi looked on your first coat application. I might try that with a blurring base coat underneath (my nails are more discolored than yours!). My faves are the pink, red & purple shimmers - positive Navigator, Wrath, Not Take His S___ & Donuts.

I took sooooo many screenshots 🤣🤣🤣 I think you sold me on the magnetics too 😂 I'm trying not to buy any magnetics because I rarely wear them but I really, really loved how they looked with the particular method you used with the magnet! It's a tie between Persephone & Demeter for me (I think Persephone has the edge 🤔) I've gone bonkers for BKL flakie finishes, so 'Scoundrel' is a must.
