Is there a reason for pulling back the RPM before the manifold pressure? i was always taught that the RPM should never be below the manifold pressure....BTW great video

Nope, on that particular model the layout of the levers is Prop - Throttle - Mixture A little strange, I know...

Isn't it weird how you have the turn 2 knobs to shut both engines off? Rather just turn one off and have all of them turn off, But I get why they do that.

Holland Aviation he set the mixture controls to full rich which is standard procedure on short final.

Chasing the airspeed,,,not smooth with the throttles at all...and your aircraft needs rerigging
