Beef and Cabbage Stir Fry
Serves: 1
1 Lean
3 Greens
3 Condiments
6.25 oz. 85% Ground Beef or 5 oz. cooked (lean)
1 C. Napa Cabbage Shredded or 3.84 oz. (2 greens)
½ C. Scallions or 1.76 oz. (1 green)
½ Tbsp. Low Sodium Soy Sauce (1/2 cond)
½ Tsp. Sesame Oil (1/2 cond)
½ Tsp. Sriracha (1/2 cond)
1 Tsp. Grated Fresh Ginger Root (1/2 cond)
1 Tsp. Fresh Minced Garlic (1 cond)
In a small bowl whisk together the soy sauce and sesame oil, set aside.
In a skillet add the ground beef, garlic and ginger and cook completely stirring occasionally.
Once the ground beef is browned add the shredded cabbage and toss until slightly softened.
Add the scallions and soy sauce mixture to the ground beef, tossing until well combined.
Serve hot and drizzle with Sriracha (optional).
