Aye Keef, Beef Caldereta sounds right proper, that does. You can tell it’s got a bit of Spanish influence with them olives and bell peppers. Bet it’s a hearty dish, perfect for a good old feed. Reckon you could make it with pork or chicken too, which is nowt short of brilliant if you fancy mixin’ it up a bit. It’s always good to try somethin’ new and see how it stands up to a good old Yorkshire stew! Sounds like one to add to the recipe book, that does. Cheers for the tip!

I don't have too much experience with Filipino cuisine, but have very much enjoyed the few dishes I've eaten (chicken adobo, pancit, and several others) and have just learned from your video, which prompted me to research, that liver spread/pate/wurst (Google said they're all basically the same thing) is a popular Filipino ingredient. Although I love liver (chicken, calves') I can't stomach liverwurst; this dish is otherwise, very appealing. Wondering how it would be without the addition of the wurst (would it taste lacking?) or if there is something I could add in its place that I find more desirable?

I don't want to use _foie gras_ to make a stew (although it's very tempting). I wonder whether liverwurst would be an adequate substitute.

It's not foie gras, liverwurst wold be fine.

Keef, I've watched all yer pie vids, sweet an' savoury. I thought, why don't ya mek a pie that mixes 'em both? In case ya run outta ideas... Sausage an' Apple Pie! I remember to when me gran used to make Sausage and Apple Pie-sweet and savoury all in one, and it were always a hit. How about givin' it a whirl, lad?
