Novice question: how do you know whether the meat you're buying for this is good enough to use for this so you don't get sick?
@Codec2642 жыл бұрын
Beef itself doesn't have any pathogens, you only have to worry about surface contamination from butchering and packaging. I wouldn't trust grocery store beef, as it's usually packaged in industrialized meat packing plants where the risk of a sick employee contaminating meat is higher. Any good butcher should be able to supply safe beef.

Get some from a real butcher. You know, not the one it the supermarket but an actual butcher shop. If you dont trust the meat they have you can always ask how theyve prepared it, i doubt that they won't show you. Or buy it online, small output farmers have quality beef.

Some cringy reaction channel that choose to steal this content: bro are you not gonna cook that? Its raw!!

Why would you cook it it's carpaccio
@adaptive-tom71432 жыл бұрын
@@thesupreme8062 i think you missed the joke. Many reaction channels that do food reactions usually call everything undercooked. Even if its like a medium rare steak. Because they know nothing about food and just try and steal content by reacting to it

Carpaccio Steak tartar Tartar Ossenworst.... So many raw meats 😂 And believe me.... It taste better than cooked meat

I had seafood carpaccio in Venice and it was good for the first 5-6 bites but then the pile of raw protein became more unappetizing with every bite. I wish carpaccio of any kind would come in smaller portions. Instead of big plates.

So many people have never seen beef carpaccio or tartare which has been eaten for nearly a century.

Mmmmm.. loves me some good carpaccio! I worked at an Italian bistro years ago and ate it almost every shift as my meals were free. Paired it with a killer cold bean dish our chef made.

🤗😝👍👍 Grew up seeing ground beef (still call it "hamburger" as you took cuts of meat and had the butcher grind it") served with raw egg. It's funny to watch people freak out when I taste my homemade meatballs BEFORE cooking. OMG ITS RAW. Relax. We've been doing this for thousands of years. Raw beef nor fish (most seafood) won't hurt you raw . .... Chicken or pork? Different story.
