@@movieonweekend yes i agree. It has a yogurt flavour. I did not even cook these for myself, i followed a recipe because someone asked me to cook a dish, any dish, as a favour. It gave me the chance to try out my new kenwood appliance as well! A family will be coming from the airport and will eat it today. koftay swelled quite big in size and cracked as well. That usually doesn’t happen and I usually make them with qeema without grinding the qeema. I do recommend kun foods charsi chicken. That is the nicest dish i have ever eaten.
