My grandmother use to make this in a Jewel coal stove without a temperature gauge. She use to just put her hand in the oven to check temperature. It was perfect Everytime!

1/4 sago. Soak in 1 cup water. 1 onion. 3 cloves. 3 garlic cloves. 2 roll puff pastry. Mince. 2 tsp black pepper. 1tsp salt. Put in sago. Fill pastry. 4 eggs. Hard boil. Grate. Add puff pastry then close pastry. Egg wash.

It was a hit and It was exactly like what my grandmother used to make. Now that I have the basics I can't wait to experiment with variations. I think sundries tomatoes and feta instead of the egg might be quite good.
