✅ After we cut the steaks, we will mix them with a hammer and season on both sides with pepper and salt. You can refrigerate or use immediately
✅ We will fry the meat for 3 minutes on both sides over a high heat, and before that we will roll it in flour.
✅ Put the meat in a deep pan or deep frying pan, as is the case here, and add the sweet pepper, bay leaf and dry spice. Pour in 200 ml of water and simmer for 45-60 minutes
✅ Turn the meat occasionally and add water if necessary
✅ We will add a little garlic in about half of the cooking process
And that is all. The steaks are super perfectly soft and the juice is delicious.
