Beef Stew Recipe and Homemade Bread (Bread Machine) | Homemade Cooking Vlog and Family Moments

Welcome to this little corner. In this new vlog, I invite you to spend a calm day with me at home, where I prepare a delicious beef stew, a simple and perfect recipe to share with the family. I also use my bread machine to make whole wheat bread, which I later freeze and toast in the air fryer to enjoy for breakfast, always ready to accompany your peaceful morning moments.
Whole Wheat Bread (Bread Machine) Ingredients
• 350ml warm water
• 3 tablespoons of agave syrup
• 2 tablespoons of oil
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• 500g whole wheat flour
• 2 teaspoons of dry yeast
• 1 teaspoon of wheat gluten (optional)
• 1 tablespoon of nutritional yeast (optional)
Beef Stew Ingredients
• 700g beef shank
• 1 onion
• 1 green pepper
• 2 bay leaves
• 1 glass of white wine
• 1 jar or 400g of tomato sauce
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Extra virgin olive oil
Air Fryer Potatoes
• 4 potatoes
• Garlic powder
• Provençal herbs
• Salt
