Mandu is just as precious as can be. I love how elegant you make everything. I like using nice china, etc. too. No, I don't think Mandu's new bed is too small, but he may like a pillow to lay his head. 🐾🐾

Thank you for another cozy and comforting video! It looks so warming, eating that canneloni cooked in that beautiful oven dish. Its nice to cook something new now snd then! Noi , in Italia, usiamo mettere sopra i cannelloni uno strato non troppo spesso di besciamella. Si fa così: mezzo litro di latte scremato, circa tre-quattro cucchiai da minestra di farina doppio zero ( quella da dolci), sale. Si cucina dentro una pentola, a fuoco lento, mescolando continuamente con una frusta ( per non fare grumi) perché non si attacchi. Così si addensa come se fosse una crema ( circa dieci minuti). Anche se è un po' liquida va bene lo stesso. La prossima volta metterai un cucchiaio di farina in più. Non deve essere troppo densa ( perché con la cottura successiva si rapprende e si asciuga).La besciamella va versata sopra i cannelloni, prima di metterli in forno, e il tutto va cotto circa 25 minuti a 180 gradi. La besciamella evita che i cannelloni si induriscano . In Italia noi lo chiamiamo:" pasticcio di cannelloni" . Si fa con qualsiasi tipo di pasta. Si può fare anche mettendo la pasta a strati intervallati con la besciamella. È da " leccarsi i baffi"😂 Cottura sempre 25-30 minuti max. Di solito sulla superficie si forma un po' di crosticina marrone, non deve essere troppa però 😅❤

Dearest Friend! Thank you for sharing; it must be a week from the original filming and you are now on your vacation to Japan. Do enjoy yourself, and take plenty of pictures to share with all of us. Here in Western Canada 🇨🇦, we have finished the harvesting of the Garden, and have the Carrots, Beets, and Cucumbers in. The yield was poor this year; it's good that we can buy our groceries or we would be desperate this winter. Today is Sunday and I went to Church without my wife, because she has a Flu Bug; she missed teaching her Sunday School Class, so the three classes were combined today in the Fellowship Hall; it gives the children some variety, and I thought that they quite enjoyed the change of pace. Friday night after work, my wife took me out for Dinner, but the rest of the weekend she's been coughing and miserable. You and Mandu, stay healthy!! ❤F&A

Pour les cannellonis, il faut toujours ajouter un petit peu d’eau au fond du plat, une feuille de papier alu pour la cuisson et ensuite mettre le parmesan et faire gratiné
