Tips about abs from Milos were spot on! It may not be much for some people but training abs on consistent basis is important and shouldnt be neglected just like calves.. It will only help in controlling them and making sure waist in properly displayed. And the last part with Stu about confidence on stage and believing in your capabilities.. You guys nailed this one.. U dont have to be cocky but you cannot downplay yourself and most of all show weakness. Judges can see how you present yourself and this counts besides shape and conditioning.

Martin Fitzwater is the sleeper here, if he keeps doing what he is doing he will take out a lot of guys at the 2024 Mr Olympia and make the top 7 to play it safe in my humble opinion, Martin is one of the guys in the IFBB that will be one of the top guys talk about a lot in the future, he really do turn his life and physique around 10 fold, good job to Martin

Martin had better condition, better sweep, better separation, better hamstrings, the only thing Nick had more of was size in the quads but there comes a point where size alone doesn't beat everything else and I also think Martins posing was better as due to his physique he can be more dynamic with the leg shots, little too much variation with the upper body though.

The Judges underestimated Tim Budesheim. I m not sure but if we talk about Mass we see Samson, Nick and Others. But i think Tim is ignored by Plan. If he stands close to this Massive Bodybuilders like Martin, Akim and Nick. Maybe the Spectators see that their is in the Category no Difference. If we talk about X taper and Symmetry thats another Question. Tim has 2 Weaknesses. Inside Legs to get more 3D Effect. And On the back some mass.

I literally would hate when people compared Nick Walker to Jay Cutler like Milos did. Jay has always kept his waist tight. Never has his obliques popped out like Nick's.
