Thanks for the tip about ground beef! Are you able to saute more than 500 or is that so it can get it all? still thats awesome!

Just have to do it in smaller batches so that it can be touching the small surface area of the bottom of the bowl. So if I need to do more I just do batches and keep it hot in a server or it doesn’t need to stay hot if you’re going to be putting it back in to combine it on normal heat.

@@ThermoLaura Fantastic! Thank you so much, that makes sense, the bottom of the mixing bowl is pretty small,makes it a lot easier to clean later on! Thank goodness I do have a thermoserve, so I'll probably be doing that.
