Pakistani Street Food Style Tawa Qeema. Pretty easy to cook with basic ingredients. You can now make Dhaba style Tawa qeema at home.
Ingredients:
1 Kg Minced Beef
1 Chopped Onion
1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1/2 Cup Desi Ghee
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Cumin Seeds ( Zeera )
1 1/2 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 Tsp Dried Coriander
6-8 Chopped Green Chillies
1 Tsp Garam Masala
Method:
Take a Tawa and preheat it, add ghee to it then add chopped onion and ginger-garlic paste to it. Cook them until golden brown, then add minced beef to it let it cook for 5 mins. Once the beef starts changing color add salt, dried coriander, cumin seeds, and red chilli powder to it. Cook the qeema for about 15 mins then add 1 tsp garam masala and chopped green chillies, mix well and cook for another 2 mins.
Serve hot with parathas! :)
