Ingredients:
- 500g beef, cubed
- 2 cups basmati rice
- Onion, tomato, garlic, ginger, green chilies
- Spices: cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, cumin, coriander, garam masala, turmeric
- Ghee or oil
- Salt, coriander leaves, fried onions (optional)
- Raita or yogurt for serving
Instructions:
1. Sauté onion, garlic, ginger, and green chilies.
2. Add beef, tomatoes, and spices. Cook until beef browns.
3. Stir in rice, water, and salt. Simmer until rice is cooked.
4. Garnish with coriander leaves and fried onions.
