Looks Savory! I call it stew when I put Beef, pots, celery, onions & carrots and make a beef gravy (flour & water mix/shake/pour) out of the pot liquor before serving. I call it Vegetable soup if I put carrots, potatoes, corn, green beans, peas, celery, onions and a dominant tomato broth. You kinda did a combination of the two... which looks Fabulous! My mama used to make Beef Stew with Biscuits. Beef , potatoes, onions, celery and carrots and I believe she thickened it with a little bit of flour. Looks great! Good on a cold day.😀

Kathie says… We also had our first snow today in Terre Haute, Indiana! And… Our Crows are Back!! 🥰They usually arrive around the 15th of November and Leave around the 15th of March every year. We get the same “murder” of Crows every year…Edgar Allen Crow and his wife, Miss Annabel, plus their children and grandchildren! They run the other crows off because this is their yard! So, Today we got our first Snow and our first Crow!!! I too, LOVE THE JUICE in the soup! I am a “sopper” too!! I love sopping up the broth with heated up crusty French bread, buttered ❤️❤️❤️

I would think a stew has a thickening agent in it, like cornstarch or flour. Not as thick as a gravy but almost.

Goodness I absolutely LOVE beef stew, this is definitely stew. Mrs.Talli Faye I make so many of your recipes & I’ve not ever had one turn out bad, just wanted to say I love your videos. It was so funny at dinner the other day, my daughter said where you get this recipe, my husband beat me to answering, he said she’s getting all these recipes from Mrs. Talli Faye…….he doesn’t watch any kind of social media, he don’t do computers period, BUT YAW, he knew exactly who she was. I thought that might give you a little laugh we both love our Mrs. Talli Faye🤣❤️ I don’t like green beans in mine either, my bunch likes peas in my stew, & I make a little slurry to thicken a little bit, I don’t want mine super thick, just a little bit thick if that makes sense 😂😅 Like you said, you gotta have some delicious cornbread for that juice 😋It’s pouring snowing here & sooooo cold, I’m gonna put this stew on around noon tomorrow & let it low simmer all day, that’s the secret to amazing stew right there 💯💥😮. @ Oh you’re not crazy!!! Hamburger soup with veggies is my hands down favorite!! My mom made it sooooo good. She is gone now, but my kids still call to ask for the recipe for “Grandma Soup” as we call it. We all cook it every year on her birthday in her honor. We send pictures of it to each other and have it for dinner on her birthday, even though we are miles and miles apart. 🥰
