She is almost like a Peahen I raised from a chick, named peachick. She always liked her head preened, but she got killed by a fox or owl. Next year I am going to see if I can get another peahen to be like that, and take more extra care with her to keep her safer. And NOT roost in the trees.

Aw I’m sorry to hear that, especially since the exact same thing happened to me, only it was a hawk that nabbed her, that or she ran away with our peacock.

I'm afraid it's unlikely you will be able to do so, I raised Beep from an egg so she grew up getting pet and being used to humans.

their mating months are just around the corner so i just might get lucky then. is beep potty trained? p.s my peahen is jusy like beep so shes adorable :)

She is not, most of the time she wears a diaper we made special for her.
