I’m so glad you talk about your experiences with meditation. Many people don’t realize that meditation (1) puts us in a neutral zone and dissipates any negative thoughts or emotions 2) puts us in the present moment from which we can create our reality with intention (past leaves most with regrets and future leaves us with anxiety) (3) puts us in the receiving mode to get intuitive messages from our core self and beyond.

There re so many things which made me realize about myself when Havovi mam was talking about burnout, resting, extremities of bad as well as good. Not very often many of us realize, it’s a journey to recognize what needs to be changed. When the realisation occurs, due to the gap between understanding of our real self and ideal self, acknowledging the need for change as well takes quite some journey to take that first or ask for help. Thank you mam for all the great insights on mental health.

Bro, just a suggestion, not feedback. Please avoid shouting in excitement while handling such a delicate issue, as many other listeners, like me, are listening to this in a trance manner and relating to it. and you shouting something loudly in a funny manner kind of breaks the vibes the speaker has created. If this podcast was with Ranveer Singh or similar then those vibes are totally a match, however, you plan to do such heavy topics more in the future hence just suggestions. Rest you doing an amazing job, always a pleasure listening to you!!! Much love brother ♥

Thank you for this important conversation. Everyone experiences life through the filters of their beliefs. It’s important for us to examine each of our beliefs to see if they still serve us for our highest good. Additionally, affirmations are a great way of helping to resolve subconscious feelings or issues. What you say after “I Am…” changes your thought patterns.

Havovi you have brought out a lot of awareness around mental health and providers🙏🏻 In Indian society Priests are the go to for many people depending on their religion which can be harmful. Meditation is prescribed to serious mental health conditions which does not work until they are able to be brought to a point to incorporate it. I am a licensed psychotherapist practicing in USA I also use psychedelic assisted psychotherapy in my treatment.
