I suggest putting on the blue light filter on your devices 4 hours before going to bed and 1 hour before sleeping its good to stop using eletronic devices and relaxing, thinking about what to do tomorrow and preparing to sleep (putting your pijamas, brushing your teeth etc.). Thats what I do, plus eating healthy and doing exercise and since I started doing this I slept a lot more than before

It was so big and unique that it was basically the turning point for the symphony, and basically killed off the symphony since nobody could really top it off, and there weren't much notable symphonies written after that one.
