I love how the smoke comes out of Juno’s neck. That’s some serious special effects there. Very creative too.

For whatever reason, the ghost of the guy who offers Adam a cigarette just comes across as quite genuine. I know it's sort of played for laughs where he's died likely due to a fire caused by his smoking habit, and he says "Trying to cut down", but it does feel quite sombre at the same time, that he hasn't much in this afterlife, but still offers a complete stranger a cigarette to help calm them down, but also says that he wanted to quit the habit in life, but now he won't get a chance to do it.

This is what happens when you die. That is what happens when he dies. And that is what happens when they die. It’s all very personal. And I’ll tell you something. If I knew then, what I know now. I wouldn’t have had my little accident.

The concept is also similar in the Helluva Boss and Hazbin Hotel Universe, where people’s forms are sort of similar to how they died.

To be honest, when I was a kid I used to think that was the house you lived in when you died!!! Like you would have a house all to yourself and nobody would bother you. I was like awesome, free room and board in the afterlife. Then I got older and realized they were just returning home from waiting alll that time. 3-months. When youre dead, time doesnt exist anymore. I wonder if when I die, I can return to my old home and live in my room where all my stuff is. That would be cool!!! 🖤
