Hello everyone, today we put beets in jars. Without preservatives, I am showing two easy ways to preserve it throughout the year. It can be eaten immediately.
This is the recipe and the way I have been preparing for twenty years.

beetroot salad recipe
Ingredients:
5 - 6 kg. beets
1.5 liters of water
500 ml. 9% alcohol vinegar (can apple, put more)
4 tablespoons of sugar
2 - 3 tablespoons salt (to taste)
Can be added: pepper and mustard seeds
Wash the beets well, put them in a larger pot, pour water over them and cook for about 2 hours. You can add water when it evaporates.
Leave the cooked beets to cool, then peel them and cut them into circule, as thick as you like.
Mix vinegar, water, salt, sugar and pour over the beets. Stir and let stand for about half an hour. Try and if necessary add more salt or vinegar to adjust the taste you like.
Put black pepper&mustard seeds and beets in the jar and finally add the sauce that we made to the jar. Close well and pasteurize in the oven or pan, as shown in the video. Pleasant, enjoy the best taste.
