First day of snow in Toronto and I'm back to work at the cafe. Almost forgot how to make our drinks, can you guys tell where I messed up? We had so many custom cakes today. But since it was the first gloomy day of snow, lots of people didn't come out (probably didn't have winter tires), so we were really relaxed at the shop and not busy at all.

I *thoroughly* enjoyed this. Everything fascinated me. From the prepping, to the production, to the organization of products, to the packaging- everything was wonderful. The canned fruit drinks and the minicakes looked so good! If I ever find myself in Toronto in the (probably distant😂) future, I'll try my best to find this cafe. Absolutely beautiful.

One thing that stood out to be is you use less is then other cafe video I watch. I really like that your not cheating you customers with only giving them a little. Like the other video I have watched they fill the whole cup with ice and give very little of the product. This video is so satisfying. The most satisfying video ever. The cakes were SO SO attractive. Goodness !! It had my mouth watering literally ! I wish I was living in that country. I would THE regular customer ever. The first and the last customer ever. God I loved this video and and everything in it. Hi there. First of all amazing video showing the coffee shop, awesome cakes and coffee, nice an esthetic. I just want to highlight your coffee portafilter problem it has leaking between the group head and the portafilter, this can occur from different reasons first and most common problem is the portafilter not being original (comes with the machine). It's not a huge problem but this can affect the coffee flavor and may cause channeling in the portafilter making the coffee taste bitter and unpleasant, I would recommend changing the portafilter to a more fit or even custom made portafilter made just for that machine. The second problem may be the "O" ring in the group head, it may be old or even just dirty, you could change it before changing the group head so it will be a cheap fix. Again not trying to complain just recommend you do it for a better tasting coffee :)
