Such a coincidence The first Jain Tirthankar Rishabhdev is also considered as AdiNath/Adiyogi by the jains. His companion is also a Nandi (bull) he also had Jatas (matted hair) he also received Enlightenment on Kailash and he also lived many many thousands of years ago in fact Jains recall it in pre Hindu days.

04:12 It's not that the Himalayan mountains didn't exist, but that they were MUCH taller and went by a different name. 100,000 years ago the Himalayan mountains were so much much taller than any other mountains there were called the "Him-a-standin" mountains. After catastrophe after catastrophe, the mountains eventually weathered and crumbled down to a so called "laying" position, thus the new name, "Him-a-layan". This is also where the Buddhists get the "standing" and "laying" Buddha archetypes from. Someone fact check me.

But Rigveda does mention Himalayas. Rigveda Khila Sukta 33 Shiva Shankalpa Sukta 24 "In the summit of Kailasha is rhe beautiful home of Shankara. Gods rejoice in that, May my mind do Shankalpa of Shiva" Kailasha cannot be a part of South Indian or other central Indian mountain ranges. It totally belongs to the Himalayan range Otherwise, wonderful teaching Sadhguruji 🙏

Everything is spiritual, even matter. Matter is inherently a spiritual entity. Maya binds you if you let it. But if you become the Mayin, the Lord of Maya, then for you Maya becomes leela, a divine play. As a Shiva Sutra says Sukha dukhayor bahirmananam "Pleasure and pain and considered to be something external" And yes, you become like Adiyogi Himself. From being a pashu(bound soul) to pashupati(the Supreme Soul) As another Shiva Sutra says Siva tuliyo jAyate "One becomes equal to Shiva"
