How do you determine a fair price to lease a car wash?

@@Clayton.Ycheck out your area and see your competion I know some place would be 1.00 to start or 1.25 and some 2.00 to start but make sure if your higher u come with better quality as well car wash have a lot of breakdowns sometimes so invest some time on how to work on them maintenance wise ,
