Your living room’s architectural layout is sooo ideal to me! Love that the fireplace is opposite from a bay window, and that there’s a third spot for a TV so you don’t have to put it above the fireplace. It’s not too large, but big enough to float the furniture off the walls. Cozy perfection.

What an absolute treat, Christina 🧡 This video is filled with joy, love, caring, gratitude and serenity. Casa Serenita is beautiful, inside and out, as are you and Jerry. Going to Home Depot (we have Bunnings here in Australia), putting together a decoration ('yes, that works. Or does it? Let me try it this way instead. Oh yesss, now it sings.'), slowly furnishing/decorating the home (and enjoying the progression), trying this and that DIY, sharing a home-cooked meal with the love of your life. Oh yeah! I have boundless energy and was working like crazy in my studio for a solid year. Thank you Timi for your kind words! I get shy showing that side of myself and find that jumping into teaching mode feels more comfortable. I do want to come out more in the future videos, maybe a vlog here and there perhaps. It’s all still me, but the more I make these videos, the more comfortable I get with showing all sides-well most sides anyway!! Haha 🤗

Especially when your doing something new and not necessarily in your usual comfy spot. Now that you won't be going between two homes, you think you'll get another kitty 🐈? We have 3 😅

Oh yes!!!! I want a cat, a dog and maybe a couple chickens!! I can’t wait. I miss Harriet so much. My sweet black kitty, she was very loving. She was there with me, sleeping by my head every night for 17 years.

@@ChristinaDiStefanoStudio Me too! We just moved to a little 6 acre homestead in KY from San Francisco. I want all the animals 😅 dog, chickens, maybe some Indian runner ducks to help in the garden. If I can talk my hubby into it, we might even get a mini donkey. I've never had property before. And the house is a super duper fixer upper. That's why I started watching your videos! I watch your vids and then try to incorporate what I learned into painting, lighting, window covering, flooring choices for my super scruffy farmhouse. Wow, you had your sweet kitty for a long time! We recently lost our 14 year cat Oreo. He was so awesome to our young cats. Cats are so awesome. I may become a crazy cat lady in my old age 😉

Thank you Grady ❤️ Our home has evolved so much I can’t wait to share more of it with you! My plan is to film more videos at the house and also film the “how to” educational videos there. Right now I film these who we I can since we are living between two places (one with loud subway noises). I also want to use more personal examples of the things I teach from the house; however, currently limited by spending only two days there. Soon!
