Nah fr, I’m a rain main day 1. MK11 Fujin and Rain were so swaggy. Could express combos beautifully. Hopefully the next MK has the thoughtfulness, uniqueness, dark and fast gore like prior iterations.

I love all your stuff but Rains design in MK1 is fine bro. Him being a mage is not this crazy big deal. I hard mained this character in 11 and his buttons feel like shit and clunky and his damage is what ever. At least in MK1 he has a game a plan. In this game he had this crazy movement (that other characters did not have btw except like 3 or 4) and did not have a solid game plan. His strings are very flawed and half the time you can’t really exert pressure on block because a lot of his stuff is fake. It’s fine if you like this game better but I think Rains original design and his reimagined one are both good. Gameplay wise MK1 Rain is way better especially after they gave him Cancel pressure
