I think Lindsay's short tenure as a VS Angel was a casualty of _really_ unfortunate timing. She had to contend with a large influx of future mainstays (Candice, Lily, and Behati debuted within a year of two before her and they proceeded to stick around for almost a decade) as well as established ones who only left when Lindsay also decided to part ways with VS (Doutzen and Miranda). Also Adriana really started to harness the sultry charisma that made her iconic around 2008-2009, which led her to dominate the fashion shows as the opener/closer. Those made it impossible for Lindsay to carve out an identity or get coveted spots during the televised broadcasts. If she had garnered a spot when she walked for the company in 2008-2009 and gotten seniority on her side, things might've been different.

Her body was alarmingly skinny during her high fashion days. She only started looking healthy after becoming a VS Angel. As much as I loved Lindsay in high fashion it was not good for her body 😔

Signing with VS is definitely a wise choice. Lindsay was a model of the "barbie doll face" wave, but never make it as big as Natalia, Gemma, Jessica, Sasha, CarolineT or Vlada (not saying she's not talented, but sometimes it required luck). Many high fashion girls just left the industry after 4 or 5 years with an unpaid debt and nowhere to go.

Nope. She ended up marrying her longtime boyfriend who is just a regular guy, not famous, and they have two sons together. She also started her own makeup brand which appears to be quite successful and she’s doing very well for herself ☺️
