Next level sim cockpits are that awesome i have two, the GT Track and the Flight Simulator that sit side by side at my desk. I'm an engineer and for me to build something like the gt track wouldn't cost much in materials but the time would be 40hrs plus. for the purchase price why bother.. The only thing that i changed was i made heavier custom mounts and brackets for my shifters and hand brake (i can stand on it with full 80kgs of weight) as the build quality is great the hole centers all line up but the actual bolt holes are a little oversize which leads to movement in the brackets and mounts. you can re drill mount holes to 10mm and use 10mm bolts to make a snug fit. cant wait to make them both motion. NEXT LEVEL RACING Big thumbs up.

I have the NLR Flight Simulator Pro (Seat+stand). I found some QC issues, mainly sloppy welds. Those locking casters are trash, especially if you have a chonky bottom like mine.

Extruded aluminum is absolutely strong enough.

Idk man I’ve seen extruded aluminum buckle over extended use

@@cheesepilot If you´re going with 80x80 profiles, it´s fine. Just not that "cheap" anymore...

So, would it be possible to use this as an all in one system, if i were to clamp instead of bolt everything in place, could you use a wheel, pedal and shifter and make it racer friendly, and on the flip side, could it be set up to comfortably play keyboard and mouse games?

So the honeycomb stuff clamps on so not sure why you couldn’t atleast try it but some of the clamps are really in the best spot
