That's beautiful! It sounds like you've really embraced the peace that comes with being true to yourself. As we get older, it's amazing how much more we value peace and authenticity over external expectations. Wishing you continued tranquility and fulfillment in your journey!

1. Get out of comfort zone. Challenges helps us to grow. 2. Expectations is the roots of misery. 3. Friends are not forever. Cultivate relationships with yourself. I just did that. 4. Sacrifice is essential. Identify what you truly value and take steps to achieve it. Its not a loss but a gain. Its the key 5. Stop chasing love. Love is not something you seek for. It finds you when you list expected. You dont need love to feel complete. Love yourself and build a life that you love so that you will become convince to attract love. 6. The majority is often wrong. You need o question popular opinion, its not a reliable truth. 7. Patience is power. Start by setting realistic expectations, be kind to yourself and celebrate little victories. 8.

At 30 years old, I can safely say I no longer chase love. Despite people close to me telling me I "need to find somebody", my answer is always "it'll find me when the time is right". When "happily married" people tell you that "you need to find somebody", it's usually an indicator of jealousy towards you because of your freedom in being single, or it's an indication they no longer wish to interact with you.

Getting out of the comfort zone is a chess game to be advised to adventurous and aggressive. As some one has commented he got out of his comfort zone but life has become miserable. Life is only once and one has to be realistic than dogmatic. But certainly your message is forceful and inspiring even at my age i.e. 75. Thanks a lot for reassessing life and for looking back.

The most inspiring and motivating talk in my life that contains everything about human life. At 75 I can assess the message being absolutely honest and truthful. It confuses me whether the source is western or oriental. It represents the message of Geetha and Bharaths search for truth and meaning of life. Wonderful. I have not responded in life to social media till date. This is my first response. Let IT be useful for human life.

I When your preconceptions don’t match expectations , then you’re at a loss . But there is a time for everything under the sun , King Solomon said this. We shouldn’t seek only comfort, but there is definitely a time for R + R , rest and recovery. And there is a place to learn the right effort, so we don’t overdo things , trying to avoid too much comfort. I’ve had friends that were work-a-holics. And that is no place to live and find the joy of living. Balance is the key.
