Thanks for the video. This is a GREAT builder and Sue and her crew worked really great with us. CMG was a really good lender which has had great communication so far. Closing on an Artisan in a few weeks!

@shawnlamaster5508 we went with a key Largo 1 as a quick move in spec home. Really impressed with it, but my favorite layout was the key west

@shawnlamaster5508 1. Have a realtor on your side. 2. Don't be afraid to aggressively negotiate. 3. Make sure to hire your OWN home inspector. Our realtor hired one for us and so glad he did! 4. Go to ALL the inspections and make sure that the spec list on your contract is the same as the one you discussed with Sue. 5. The artisan neighborhood is pretty friendly and great neighbors so far
