Actually, post-3rd anni adds 10% bonus to all 4-stars so events after that don't need mastery if you just want 60% bonus. It's +2.5% per mastery rank until mastery 5 (which gives a total bonus of 75% including rarity and mastery).

oh this is a good event for me! i have 4★s for everyone except tsukasa, but i can always level up the mastery rank on his 2★ or replace him with another happy 4★... wont be pulling despite shizuku being on the gacha, i spent my savings (30k) on the graceful marriage rerun and got MEIKO (when all i wanted was shizuku :c) so im still recuperating from that... will definitely be picking up mafuyu and airi from the exchange shop tho! thr latest minori event treated me very well despite only having one 4★, so im hopeful for pandemonium!
