Honda Sensing was introduced on the Vezel in February 2016 and is standard on the hybrid models X, Z, and RS, as well as the gasoline models X and RS. Honda Sensing includes: • Collision Mitigation Braking System (CMBS), which gives audio and visual warnings and applies brakes if there’s a risk of hitting other vehicles or pedestrians. • Road Departure Mitigation, which adjusts steering and brakes to keep the vehicle in its lane. • Pedestrian Collision Mitigation Steering. • Lane Keeping Assist System (LKAS) that works at speeds over 65 km/h. • Adaptive Cruise Control with congestion follow, which controls speed and distance from the car ahead. • Sign Recognition that displays road signs on the multi-information and head-up displays. • False Start Prevention, which stops sudden acceleration when a nearby vehicle is detected at low speeds or when stopped. • Notification when the vehicle ahead starts moving.
