The EV mode is designed for limited use, up to a driving speed of 50km/h. The maximum range is around 2km, but this will depend on the state of the traction battery's wear. In addition, there are variables such as road conditions, whether it is uphill or downhill, how you drive, whether you use the air conditioning, how many people are on board, etc. Therefore, the result of 1.5 km or 1 km is closer to reality.
