The Kershaw Chill is like 37 dollars and it is the best knife. It is light, agile, keeps the edge and you don't feel that you just bought a marketing gimmick

This is on my list but was not available when I ordered the little Hawkbill from WMK. The pull is a little weak but other than that, the fit and finish are excellent. I like the little knife and hopefully, they will make a larger version and tighten the pull. I am looking forward to other traditional offerings from this company.

I spoke with the Begg guys at Blade West about this line. They said they wanted a slipjoint that was easy for everyone to use, including their wives and novice knife folks. That's why they went with a lighter pull. Really nice guys too ✌

Yes, I heard them discuss their rationale for making it the way they did. I just question in the long run if that makes it any safer if it closes on you. If they could design it as I described, I think you get the best of both worlds. Manageable to open, safe to use. Thanks, Rhino.
