I guess our ancestors trace their origin from around the old Ghana empire....and some old tribes still have a trace of mande vocabs

It's very interesting that Begho was also a major tribal village/town of CAR. Of the Banda tribe. Is there a connection?

Yes, begho is the origin of the banda people The original people are now in what is known as Namasa. They speak Weila. Other dialects like Jogo and ligbi emerged from the weila language

Thanks for sharing this video. The original people of begho or the native of begho today are the present day Nafana. Debibi and Hani are the current and oldest towns of begho. Debibi is the original and the ancient town of the Nafana people. Those of the Nafana people who forgot their route claimed they are from Cote D'Ivoire, which is not true. All Nafana s are from begho. It was a war that sent some to cote D'Ivoire for some number of years or centuries, as such they forgot their route. Some later traced it back to the Nafana land. For example the Banda's, the Gyamera's etc. As for the people of Debibi, they didn't go anywhere. They relocated to a place called Dapaa, very close to the ancient town Begho and now in their present location, which is just some few kilometers (3) kilometers away from begho. Namasa is the earliest begho land, Namasa gave out lands to the people of Hani and Debibo, even Nsawkaw

@@frimpong9101 Namasa people rather beg for land for settlement from Debibi. All documentary evidence are intact. When we talk of original Begho people, Namansa people are not part. They are Debibi, Hani and Nsawkaw (Ghana). Namasa people are from Bondouku.

@bediakosimon7027 you are here displaying ugly ignorance. Namasa was the capital of Begho. Maybe you should read more. And why would Namasa beg Debibi for land when barely half of their, Namasa's, lands are settled. Also, when you go to Hani, you would realise the names of their borders to Namasa is in Weila, Namasa language, showing who gave them a place to settle. They call the place "dogo tanama"
