Kyryl's videos are like his lessons: no nonsense, no gimmick, clear and sound! He has his way to make you do things, like holding your hand back when elbow goes out to activate shoulder blade, so the movement originates from the core. I always like his hints on posture. Inspiring and comprehensive approach to a common problem.
