im having trouble catching the balisong on the aerial... is it just muscle memory or do i need to activly do anything to catch it properly everytime?

You have to find the right strength to throw it, which i suggest medium height and strength. Once you get a rhythm of it, you will know if you will be able to catch it right when it leaves yur hand

If you're starting try the nabalis trainer on Amazon If you're looking to upgrade from an Amazon trainer maybe a squiddy, Triton, nautilus, bbfirefly, zippy or boker or if a live blade is wanted try the lucha, Bradley kimura or talisong z

I once dropped the knife halfway through my leg and had to go to the hospital and get 4 stitches, then 2 weeks later it got infected and I was on heavy pain medication and antibiotics
