Oh dear Jean, You will never know dear sister, how much your video helped me. I lost my husband to dementia 5 yrs. ago this month, having a few hours on my hands every weekend, left me with time to start a new hobby. I came across your channel and fell in love with you and your happy spirit instantly. I will be trying my hand at these baskets for our new expected great grandchild in May of this year. I am praying he/she will be born on my husbands birthday. Thank you so much. I love your generous spirit. I subscribed and am happy I did.

I was told about your video by a vendor at a craft show here in WV. I love to sew I am by no means as good as you. My momma taught me to hand quilt at 4 years old. I am #10 out of 11 children. I have to sisters and eight brothers. I was the only girl that took up sewing & crafting. We all know how to cook, bake and can. Anyway I am 56 years old now and have suffered strokes that started at the age of 45 from a rare condition. Because of my disability with my left hand I try to find projects that I can do . You gave such great instructions on your box bags that I am going to attempt to try and make one. Sorry for such a long post being a shut in especially with this COVID I don't get much conversation with others except with my family. God Bless & stay safe🥰

They are nice and up market looking, Jean, to the ones you see in the store that you see all the time. They go with the two hangings and are making studio look great. And I like that funky lamp. They really do look like something you would get in the better shops

Happy Anniversary to you and Ian!! What a sweet gift! Thank you for the basket tutorial. I have been looking something to hold my 17 month old granddaughter's special books we read while on the potty. This is the perfect solution!! I need to watch again and screen shot the patterns. Have a great Sunday!!

I have cut out all sizes for the patterns and made the 13” one and have a 15” one cut out and ready to go. I think each one I do will get better. Will give as gifts. These are so much fun. Thanks for the pattern and your video. Hugs!

Happy Anniversary, Jean and Ian! I feel the same way going out in public. I wear my mask and gloves. Being a woman of a certain age, being bundled up and hot flashes, I’m exhausted by the time I return home. I’m really becoming comfortable being home. I miss my children and grandchildren desperately and need their hugs. Bless you and yours. Stay healthy! Great tutorial.

I didn't realize just HOW much of a homebody I am...until I've HAD to be home 24/7 for the last 6 weeks!! It was too stressful to go out and I gladly retreated to the safety of my home!! LOL! We do miss our kids and grandbabies, but connect every day via video calls....however that is NOT THE SAME!! But other than that...simplifying has become a more real way of life! And that's not a bad thing! :) Stay safe and have a happy Sunday:) Sending hugs!

I love that you explain things in a way that we learners can follow without getting bogged down. Hope you are feeling better. Keep stitching.❤️
