Thanks for the great lesson. Two questions - 1) Are most of the accents and the Bass beats supposed to be on the RH itself? 2) Could you please do videos on technique and how to make the instrument sound good/producing good tones?

I’m glad you liked the video! 1) No, there isn’t a rule like that but for beginners’ rhythms, playing accents on 1 & 2 & 3 & 4 & keeps things simple to start. My way of playing is generally RLRL RLRL all the time so just the timing of when an accent needs to be played determines if it’s a right or left hand. I think everyone’s hands have their own sound, so I want to make the video about “finding YOUR sound” rather than “achieving THE sound”. Or maybe a balance of both. I’ll slowly work on it.
