So happy i found you Meredith. Im the 50's and i have breast cancer. I need to get myself ready for my surgery i need to do cardio 30 minutes and most the cardio on KZbin are to fast and for younger people. I just did my cardio workout with you and i love it. I have always found cardio too difficult (even when I was young) but I finished this! I'm not perfect but I kept moving for 20 min, I felt my heart beat, I was warm and felt fantastic. I DID IT! It's not an everyday routine, It's a "many times in a day" routine. Thank you , again!

Thank you for your workouts… those of us over 60 have been forgotten about in this health crazed and body obsessed world…it’s nice to have a cardio workout those of us over 60 with health issues such as fibromyalgia and CFS! We all arent 20-30 years old beach body trainers and easily wear out on a 5 minute walk due to health issues.

Gd mrng Meredith...just completed the workouts after completing the low impact cardio Warmup earlier. I'm in the mood today, so in the mood for two great workouts back to back. Feeling happy coz I've just completed my 2nd dose of vaccinations for Covid19. Two great workouts to stay active all day. Stay healthy, be happy. Have a great day Meredith as much as I do. Good workout, feeling good today so did two of your routines back to back. I’ve now mastered the pony shuffle, have been practicing every time I need to go from kitchen to fridge which is in the utility room. Practice does make perfect. Thank you so much Meredith. Xx

Just did this one, loved it all, not too good with arms and legs coordination but I did what I could. It’s just the amount of time I needed and certainly got my heart rate up, one I will do again. I am trying to do at least 40- 50 mins exercise 5 days a week, as I’ve been diagnosed pre diabetic, so hoping to change diet and do more exercise. So thanks for helping me during lockdown here in London

Ive done this workout a few times and enjoy it. I also realise how i have zero problem leading with my left, always want to start with my left, get tripped up on right footed leads often in the workouts. But a year on from starting your workouts i have come a long way.. A year ago I had significant issues with simply coordinating feet and arms, even breathing and feet lol.. Not kidding. Its amazing how often i hold my breath when trying to concentrate and master something new. Glad Im not the type to be discouraged and i can laugh at my own clumsiness. I am completely encouraged by my own progress knowing even with my health problems there is an instructor who thinks realistically about people's limitations. Xx

Trying to incorporate more 'vertical' exercise. :) Pleasantly surprised was able to complete (with some brain fatigue from latter step sequences!). As with any standing workouts, use the 'security' of a doorway for quick grab, if needed, but that limits ability to move around much (just as well with wonky balance). Did some segments with chair assist in adjacent room. All good. Can definitely see the potential in this as add-on to 'dance walking' already being done. Very good cuing. (Still find the music unnecessary and mostly distracting.)

@@SeniorFitnessWithMeredith Keep plugging away at these with the hope of a day when won't have to constantly be conscious of trying to move through 'space' while always ensuring something to grab when feeling unsteady. Exhausting, mentally, and body tenses when fearing instability. Not telling you something you don't already know in your effort to help us with this struggle. Thanks.
