Not really-It just takes a lot of time and commitment. I would say the most important things are to be professional, structured, and reliable. I'm not saying you can't fool around, but it's important to put some structure into things. Whether it be daily practice reminders (you should definitely have set times), or a lesson plan for each practice. The other main thing is being reliable. As a club owner, you must be able to come to all of your own practices. I have appointed a club leader for when I can't take practices, but you must be able to show up to the majority of them on time. Finally, patience is key. I've seen so many clubs sadly fail because they don't push their members to be as best they can be. Silent Roses has been around since July, and at the beginning timing was off, and moves were pretty tame. Around August, we really picked up our timing after a lot of work. If you see that there's something your club is struggling on, take a couple of practices to help them fix it. It will be much more beneficial than just moving on.
