I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE your videos and mostly your quilts. This quilt is going to be in my next list. (I have so many next to do). I can't keep up. I am a newbie and with your help I have now made ten (10) quilts for family and friends. My husband loves your "rail-fence Pattern" and picked out some psychedelic (60's) materials. (what a quilt this will be) I can NOT tell you how much your videos have opened the creative part in both my husband and me. Thank you.

Angela, you are my inspiration!! Not to mention, you have a great sense of humor!!! I just purchased a sit down long arm and teaching myself (along with a lot of help from you!😉) fmq! I make a ton of lap quilts and donate them to the veterans so I’m getting lots of practice fmq! Today, I did my best yet....tear drops and all the while, I hear you saying “don’t worry about mistakes, a finished quilt is better than an unfinished one!” Not sure how to attach a photo, but when I showed my mom, her jaw dropped!! That says a lot right there! (She knows nothing about quilting!) THANK YOU for ALL of your videos and help!!! I wouldn’t be able to afford to learn if I had to pay. 🤗🤗🤗

Quilts could be beautiful with the right pattern and colors together. I think I'm liking some of the quilts I've seen so far, most of the quilted stuff I've seen is with Older people from work, the ones I've seen online, the throws and blankets are really nice. Will keep checking out some of the videos on quilting including some of the easy patterns till I'm fully ready to start.

Angela... I have been meaning to tell you how much I love the music behind these videos. I love the sixties vibe they give off and they're so much fun and entertaining and it's like a party, you invited us to with wine and snacks. Another great project - love the colors ! Great to include those new to the joy of quilting/ creating - welcome to you all. Angela is a great source of inspiration and her easy going manner is a great way to learn in a relaxed way. Watch a few or even all of the videos from Midnite Quilter and see if you aren't hooked or at least tempted to try one of the beautiful quilts. She gives options for easier quilting ( turn in early version ) or more challenging options once you get the hang of it. Either way she's inspired me to branch out of my comfort zone and try new things which have turned out beautifully. Keep these videos coming Angela !

Take the strip of jelly roll and remove the salvage edge. Then sew your colored strip between two strips of your background fabric. After this is completed, cut each one as follows: (1) 2.5" strip, then (1) 4.5" strip, and the last is (1) 6.5" strip. Do this with all your jelly rolls. You will have some left over, but this is OK. Then lay out your pattern as described in the colors of your choice. Good luck. Mine turned out fabulous.

This is really beautiful, Angela. You know, whenever you make one of these multi-coloured quilts where you choose which colours go together in each block, and where each block is placed, I always think "those colours don't look right next to each other" for a few of your blocks. But then, when you get the whole thing bordered, quilted, and bound, and you show the finished quilt, I think "WOW! That looks AWESOME!". It's amazing how it all looks so much better when it all comes together. I think this is just a great lesson to "Get my nose out of my quilt". You have to look at it from further away. And that look is terrific. Thanks again for a fantastic video, Angela! ~Diana from Toronto

Missouri Star Quilt Company has a sale every morning which makes those jelly-rolls very affordable. Also, sites like craftsy when they have their 50 to 60% off sale. I also have a local fabric store and I shop their sales as well. You don't have to use the fabric that they use in the tutorials. It's just suggestions. Happy quilting!
