Join me, Angela Walters, for the very first episode of the Midnight Quilter. In this tutorial, I introduce you to a new fat quarter friendly quilt pattern, Midnight Stars. This bright quilt features star blocks of several different sizes in an unexpected layout. Even though this quilt might look difficult, it's actually really easy! All the blocks are made using half square triangle (HST) blocks and, best of all, no Y seams!

One thing that was really helpful about that other show was having the overhead perspective when you're explaining the layout, etc. I'm so happy you're back! I've learned so much from you. But most of all, I've learned that the pursuit of perfection is pointless. I've made a ton of mistakes and when I do I have your voice in my head telling me it's ok. :) Thanks for all your hard work Angela!

We were crushed when new episodes of midnight quilt show stopped appearing on KZbin. When I say we, I mean me (41) and my boys (6 and 8). My 8-year-old, Samuel is the one that told me to use the word “crushed” to tell you how we felt. My 6-year-old, Charles is the one who tries to design his own quilts. I’m not super happy with the Craftsy/Bluprint situation right now, (they charged me for my annual membership right after they announced that Bluprint was no more) but I had no idea that they had canceled your show. We’re SO happy to see you again, and we love watching you put these quilts together. You’re amazing and so inspiring! Thank you for producing your new show. We love you!

I went down to a new little quilt shop out in the rural area of Kentucky. So I bought some material and met up with a group of newbies or ones that have not quilted in quite a while and really enjoyed it so I started watching some KZbin videos to help me. I showed the shop owner the video that I had picked out and she said no, no, no she said you see how many times that lady said perfect you need to watch Angela Walters !😂

I was wondering what happened. I truly missed you. You are the one who sparked interest in quilting. And gave me the courage to sew and quilt my first quit. My kids catch me saying "close enough is good enough" whether it's following a recipe or quilting. I really enjoy when you record your close up of free motion quilting. It's so relaxing
