just want to add for new players... you can wash your hands at ANY water source (creek, ocean, lake, etc) when you have bloody hands, not just a pump.

Yep! Multivitamins help heal you up faster. Also if you are yellow stats, multivitamins can help keep your immunity up.

For those that don't know. Wound infection is highly lethal and can kill you in 40 minutes if untreated.

@@Nitno Still nothing ..z's everywhere and its brutal. They need to make a Tutorial map were you can learn the basics of survival first. 20mins of running somewhere routing through buildings with NOTHING in them is pointless and im sure plenty of people walk from this game.
