I have been following Master on KZbin since Covid times and visited Master's Bar Go in Ebisu 2 years ago. Master made a custom cocktail 'Highland Sour' for my husband; it was delicious. We were too shy to say we knew Master from KZbin but let him know as we were leaving. Master was so excited and happy to meet us coming all the way from Malaysia to drink at his bar. It was an enjoyable night and we wish him the best and hope to visit again soon. We hope he remembers us when we do!
Seeing you describe working at a bar with "I want to work hard, clean up properly, and put things away properly." and how you want to work without lying -- that's what drew me to the bartending profession as well, and what I prefer about a lot of things in the alcohol industry also... but the bartending and mixology profession especially. I can't stand a dishonest line of work, and I'm also very straightforward and helplessly honest to the point of being blunt at times... and I can only work late because of my sleep cycle being different. Great episode. I would love a segment on what Mr. Nishikawa has stocked on the back bar. We can see the front row behind him, but it looks like he has 3 rows of bottles on the shelf. Cheers.
