Here's how's the breakdown:
Dominant hand as your inside hand- at chest height.
Non dominant hand will be up at forehead height.
You will be pulling up into the spin, using your chest and shoulder muscles.
Stepping on the inside foot, pull up through your chest - lifting your body up and in front of pole.
Push off your inside foot, outside leg would lift up. As you lift your outside leg, pull up and sweep upper body in front of pole- switching leg position to other side of pole.
*You can use stag legs or one leg bent and other straight or fan legs!
