Hello Army, this is a question I repeatedly get and wanted to make an in depth guide to help you decide what kind of device is best suited for you if you are beginner, an intermediate artist or a professional.
Pen tablet, display tablet, iPad, drawing on mobile - it all can get really confusing and so I thought I will share my thoughts on this.

I really loved the way you explained it like a friend, and with so much clarity ! Thank you thank you so much. I have wacom-draw, which stopped working as some water dripped into it accidentally. And as wacom don't repai that model, I needed to buy new one. I always thought wacom is the one I should buy, but as you suggested I might go for Deco01-v2.

Hi Venkatesh bro, I want to use a pen tablet for online preparation for my exams on edge pdfs and do online digital paper corrections (and write any remarks on paper) and all on edge, So can you please suggest me one and does the work area really matter in this regard???? So recently i brought xp pen deco 1 v2. I didn't like to draw pen tablet. I'm thinking to switch to display drawing. So what should i buy under the budget of ₹30,000 display tablet or a pad. Additional information: My laptop is HP pavilion GTX 1650, yet sometimes my xp pen would lag while drawing. That's the main reason i wanna switch. sometimes it process slow, I can't have smooth drawing.

The lagging is not because of the pen tablet it's to do with the pc. The tablet hardly takes any computing power because it's just like a mouse. Like I mentioned in the video - PC applications are different and iPad applications will be limited so the choice is primarily what apps you will be working on. Also, if you're going to be working on a desk or need mobility. Think of these things before you decide

No that won't be an issue. You can tranfer files made on the iPad to a PC or over mail to someone so that won't be an issue

​@@srivenkateswaraswamy3403 I'm not that person but I've used a Tab S6 More for 2 years for now taking and I don't think it's helped me prepare for exams in any way. I used to take handwritten notes for 6 years in college. It was better than taking notes via tablet. And it will always be better. You won't have any devices during JEE exams. Don't get attached to tech already. You should try to simulate exam conditions as closely as possible. If you don't wanna buy for hobby reasons, not worth it. Just use pdf elements to mark scanned PDFs. Moon+ reader for epubs. Capacitative stylus is under 500 and works on all touch screen devices. If you are concerned for the environment, go for recycled paper notebooks. Just remember that if you're taking car to and from the venue, you've already contributed more to pollution that the entire prep, probably. Since you're not studying anyways, you can find a video about environment/ NGO at “Honest ads” channel. Don't lie to yourself that tablet will help. It will probably be a hindrance. 😝 Jao beta mock test karo.
